Approach #2: Use Logic
* Identify your specific panic (e.g. My drama won’t sell). Now jot down the faith you would favor apt have occupying your thoughts (e.g. I am becoming a successful screenwriter). Approach # 1: Feel the Fear & Do it Anyway

It’s better to do something/anything than walin the absnece of helplessness. Her recommended mantra: “whatever happens, I’ll handle it”.
* Take a moment to write down a menu of your quondam successes. If you can do these things, is it not likely that you can do this object that’s causing you fear or anxiety?
Think of it: Stage fright dissolves during the first few minutes of a representation. Applying gesso to canvas is considerably more jolly than rending your garments because you’re afraid your next drawing won’t be good ample. Jotting down dreck feels better than sitting there, paralyzed by writers’ stop.
Fears are a natural chapter of the inspired process. All multi-talented folk experience fear, solicitude, fret and resistance by some point.
